At DFG Beauty, we want to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you received the wrong item or wish to exchange a product for a different variant or color, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy to accommodate your needs.
  1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Only products purchased directly from DFG Beauty's official website or authorized retailers are eligible for exchanges.
  1. Process for Exchanges:
If you wish to initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer support team at support@beautybydfg.com within the specified exchange window to request an exchange authorization.
  • Once approved, you will receive an exchange authorization code and instructions on proceeding.
  • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and any included accessories.
  • Write the exchange authorization code on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the provided exchange address. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  1. Eligible Exchange Options:
  • Exchange for a Different Variant: You can exchange the product for a different variant, such as a different color or shade of the same product.
  • Exchange for a Different Product: If the product you wish to exchange is of a higher or lower value, we will apply for a credit or refund the difference accordingly.
  1. Non-Exchangeable Items:
The following items are not eligible for exchanges:
  • Opened or used products.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
  • Items that are beyond the specified exchange window.
